Vance Orand

McKenzie is daughter of Vance and has been working with him for 7 years now. Graduated with Business Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2012. She now manages the office as an agent intern, licensed insurance representative, notary and enjoys working in the family business that her dad has built over the last 43 years.

Nadia is wife of Vance. She has been working alongside him many years building the agency. She is a licensed insurance representative and enjoys the relationships she has made throughout the years. She is now part-time working Tuesdays and Thursday because she is a busy grandma the other days of the week! Her warm presence in the office is one of the many reasons we have many customers who still come in to pay each month.

Jessica is a valuable addition to our team, bringing a diverse range of skills and experience. With her prior background as a State Farm Insurance Representative, she has developed a deep understanding of the insurance industry and has honed her customer service skills to perfection. One of Jessica's standout qualities is her bilingualism, as she is fluent in both English and Spanish. This ability allows her to effectively communicate, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder their experience. Her language skills also enable her to build loyalty and rapport with customers who prefer to communicate in their native language Jessica's dedication to providing exceptional customer service, combined with her industry knowledge and language skills, make her an asset to our team. Gabby has been a member of our team now for 4 years. The knowledge and skills from her previous work experience in claims has made the transition very easy! She is a licensed insurance representative, and her strong computer and communication skills has made her a vital asset on this team.
